في Aura Smart Home، نلتزم بتوصيل طلباتكم بسرعة وأمان إلى جميع أنحاء مصر، ونعمل مع شركاء شحن موثوقين لضمان رضاكم الكامل.
🚚 نطاق الشحن:
نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع المحافظات داخل مصر من خلال شركات توصيل موثوقة لضمان وصول المنتجات في الوقت المحدد وبأمان.
⏱️ مدة التوصيل:
- القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل
- باقي المحافظات: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل
ملحوظة: لا تشمل مدة التوصيل العطلات الرسمية وأيام الجمعة.
💰 رسوم الشحن:
- تختلف رسوم الشحن حسب المنطقة ووزن الطلب.
- يتم عرض التكلفة الدقيقة في صفحة الدفع قبل إتمام الطلب.
- شحن مجاني على جميع الطلبات التي تتجاوز 5000 جنيه مصري.
- قد يتم تقديم عروض شحن مجاني على بعض المنتجات أو خلال الفعاليات الترويجية.
📦 تتبع الطلب:
بمجرد شحن طلبك، سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع عبر رسالة نصية أو واتساب لمتابعة حالة الشحن مع شركة التوصيل.
✅ استلام الطلب:
يرجى التحقق من تغليف المنتجات ومحتويات الطلب قبل التوقيع على إيصال الاستلام.
في حال وجود أي تلف أو نقص في الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
🔁 في حال تأخر التوصيل:
إذا تجاوزت مدة التوصيل الوقت المتوقع، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لمساعدتك على حل المشكلة بأسرع وقت ممكن.

- Cairo & Giza: 1 to 2 business days
- Other governorates: 2 to 5 business days

- Shipping fees vary based on location and order weight.
